Services
General Notary Services
Notarizing documents that are not related to real estate transactions. This includes everything from powers of attorney, trust documents, healthcare-related documents, auto title transfers, and many more.
Loan Signing
Notary/Loan Signing Agents (NSAs/LSAs) facilitate loan closings for the mortgage finance industry. Before starting the NSA/LSA certification process, you must be commissioned as a Notary Public.
Non-Notary Work
Non-Notary work means that you are performing services that do not require notarization. My non-notary services include fingerprinting, credible witnesses, I-9 form services, courier services, and apostille services.
